QuickBooks Services
Company Setup – While QuickBooks is easy for those who are not experts in accounting or bookkeeping, the initial setup is crucial. An accurate setup of your company’s data file requires someone with good knowledge of accounting principles and the flow of financial data. Small business owners can save time and resources by utilizing one of the ProAdvisors from Loggins Kern & McCombs. We can customize the setup to best meet the needs of your industry. If your company data has already been set up, our ProAdvisors can review your setup to identify and correct errors. If your software is not working the way you expected, we can find problems and repair damaged transactions.
Diagnostics – We will review the data in your QuickBooks file and supporting documents based on specific issues you request. After our review, we will prepare a recommendation for each issue you have listed. These recommendations may include correcting journal entries, suggested training, or changes in QuickBooks lists, preferences, or other features. Upon your approval, we will then execute and implement the above recommendations.
Tune-Up – We will review your accounts on the balance sheet and income statement, your transactions for the year, and your existing QuickBooks setup. We will balance the general ledger to subsidiary records. We will make suggestions for improvement in areas where we see errors and improper use of QuickBooks. We will also identify areas where you may not be utilizing QuickBooks software to the fullest. These include customizing reports and forms, changing QuickBooks preferences, and adding features such as class tracking. We will answer your questions and provide personalized training as needed.
